My Story and Philosophy

I am a qualified counsellor with an MA in Psychosynthesis Psychology (2022),  under training and supervision to become a psychotherapist at the Institute of Psychosynthesis London.

I am also the author of a book of therapeutic poetry, "Inner Callings - a pilgrim's diary", a volume that captures some confessions along my journey of personal and spiritual development.

A little history

Born in Romania, I moved to London in 2013. Soon after, I experienced a major turning point, a crossroads. I lost all passion for the law degree I was studying at the time. Desperate for more meaning in life, I quit my studies at King's College London and embarked on a personal journey of self-discovery, self-inquiry, and trauma healing.

In my explorations, I came across various fields of personal development, healing, spirituality, and therapy, as well as their interplay. When psychosynthesis came into my life, a light bulb went off, and I knew I had arrived "home". I have devoted my life to studying and applying its context and techniques for psychospiritual development and the evolution of human consciousness.

What deeply moves me

As a highly sensitive, empathic, and caring person, I feel called to facilitate healing and growth in the lives of those looking to shift their suffering into new possibilities, heal their traumas, shine their soul gifts, and embrace authentic self-expression.

Since early childhood, I have sensed the innate evolutionary potential that longs to become fulfilled through human beings. Deep down, we all yearn to express our unique combination of strengths, interests, and talents in service to the larger story of mankind.

Our trials and obstacles are inevitable stepping stones for our growth and maturation. "The wound is the place where the Light enters you", said 12th-century Sufi poet and mystic Rumi. My therapy practice, artistic offerings, and community experiences are all based on this philosophy.

What else I care about

Alongside working 1-to-1 with clients in my private practice, I love creating community experiences where everyone is invited to be their authentic selves, thus rediscovering the lost medicine of connection during these strange and fast-changing times. I'm currently holding a monthly community gathering, Sunday Soul Reset, in South East London, helping locals explore their needs for well-being, community belonging, and creative expression in a safe & supportive environment.

In my free time, I write poetry, dance, read, practise yoga, walk in nature, and continue my personal and professional development. I am based in SE London with my partner and travel to Romania twice a year to spend time with my family and friends back home.
